DUMOLOC SMALL RESERVOIR IRRIGATION PROJECT. Governor Espino (Center) expresses his gratitude towards the National Government and President Rodrigo Roa Durterte through Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Kristine Y. Evangelista (right) and National Irrigation Administrator Ricardo R. Visaya (left) for their unceasing support for local farmers in Pangasinan during the groundbreaking ceremony of the P1.6B Dumoloc Small Reservoir Irrigation Project in Bugallon on November 19. Governor Espino. The said irrigation project will help more than 1,400 local farmers with a total service area of 1,632 hectares.
