GOV. ESPINO BARES AGRI PROJECTS FOR PANGASINAN FARMERS. Governor Amado I. Espino III assures the continuous implementation of agriculture projects to benefit more Pangasinense Farmers during the Awarding and Distribution of Certified Palay Seeds to Farmers of Pangasinan on July 9. Some of the projects include the operationalization of the Rice Processing Complex in Sta. Barbara, establishment of new processing complex in Mabini and San Quintin, and distribution of farm equipment to more farmers in the province.
