MAYOR Belen Fernandez appointed Atty. Norman Alex Lomboy as city administrator .

Other new appointees are Atty. Aurora Valle, city legal l officer; Atty. Cattleya de Guzman, chief of staff; Eva Visperas, city information officer; Luz de Guzman, executive assistant; Josephine Corpuz, OIC city engineer; and Arvin Decano as chief of the Public Order and Safety.

Their names were submitted for confirmation by the Sangguniang Panlungsod but their appointments could not be confirmed because of SP’s lack of quorum last Tuesday, July 12. (Leonardo Micua)
