WANDERING HOMELESS MAN –  PUNCH lensman Butch Uka saw this naked man wandering aimlessly through the De Venecia Highway and Lucao Road and followed him until a resident in a village approached and gave him clothes to wear. The City Social Welfare team arrived later with a package of clothing then set him off to the streets again to wander.
