“Takin’ the BaR to the Street” set on April 24
ANOTHER street party is set on April 24 as part of the festivities for the 2009 Bangus Festival celebration.
The “Takin’ the BaR to the Street”, sponsored by the The BaR drink, starts at 6:00 p.m. along A.B. Fernandez Avenue.
Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez, chair of the 2009 Bangus Festival, said this will be in addition to the traditional Bangusan Street Party set on Jose R. De Venecia Expressway Extension on April 30.
Similar to the Bangusan Street Party, the “Takin’ the BaR to the Street” will also feature popular Manila-based bands like Kjwan and Dirt with the Embassy Superclub.
The BaR held a big successful promotional party last year at the CSI Stadia, inspiring the company to hold a bigger party in the street.—LM
