Three dead in Binmaley fire
THREE persons died in a fire that razed their house in Binmaley.
The incident took place in Barangay Lomboy.
The victims: Raquel Aquino Perez, 42, Julie Ann Aquino Perez, 9, and Lanie Carolino Perez, 56, were all residents of the barangay. The victims were trapped inside Perez’s house.
A witness, Lina Abania, 28, a neighbor of the victims, saw the kitchen of the Aquino’s house on fire, prompting her to rush to extinguish it.
However, the fire quickly spread, as the house is made of light materials, until three other houses owned by Jayla Carolino Perez, 31, Jerry Tibulao Perez, 57, and Digna Sanchez Morse, also caught fire.
