SP authorizes Mayor Belen to sign deed of donation
FOR SUPER FAMILY HEALTH CENTER
THE Sangguniang Panlungsod passed a resolution authorizing Mayor Belen Fernandez to sign a deed of donation in favor of the city of Dagupan with the 19-44 Real Estate Corporation for the donation of a three-meter land with an area of 57.6 square meters to be used as access road to the Super Family Health Center that will be built soon in Barangay Bolosan.
Authored by Minority Floor Leader Councilor Michael Fernandez, the resolution received the bi-partisan support of the majority and minority in the SP when Fernandez said the Super Family Health Clinic was a dream of former Mayor Brian Lim to that will be implemented and completed by Mayor Belen Fernandez
The Department of Health will provide P15 million for the project through its Facility Enhancement Program. Once completed, the Super Family Health Center will provide all the primary health care needs of the residents as it would have an outpatient department, laboratory, x-ray, ultra-sound and other amenities
Dagupan is a beneficiary to a Super Family Health Clinic being one of the 33 pilot sites of the Universal Health Care Program throughout the country. (Leonardo Micua)
