WATERWORLD DAGUPAN – The combined volume of rain from the south monsoon rains and the Typhoon Florita’s torrential rains compounded by high tide occurrence were enough to showcase a waterworld in Tapuac District in Dagupan City.  The area was under water night and day. (Punchphoto by Willie Lomibao)
