TO ENTER PANGASINAN FROM MECQ AREAS

PERSONEL (uniformed and non-uniformed) of the Philippine National Police coming from Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) areas and areas of higher quarantine classification are required to present their negative RT-PCR result taken within 72 hours when they enter the Border Control Points in Region 1.

This was directed in a memorandum signed by P/Lt. Colonel Christopher Valerio dated May 10, 2021 addressed to all chiefs of police and heads of all police units in Pangasinan, a copy of which was re-posted in the web page of Governor Amado Espino III.

The memorandum, however, does not apply to individuals entering the borders who, in line with the normal procedure, are instead required to present their respective identification cards if they are Persons Outside of their Residences (APORs) and if not, proofs or documents showing that their travels to Region 1 are really essential.

APORS are required to register for ā€œSā€ pass indicating the exact places where they intend to visit in the province, their respective addresses and contact number for easy monitoring of their movements and other pertinent data. (Leonardo Micua)
