More than 1k senior citizens vaccinated in Dagupan

OVER a thousand senior citizens in Dagupan City already received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

The City Health Office, as of April 17, 2021, 1,231 senior citizens that registered have been administered their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine in the vaccination program of the city that started on March 31.

CHO vaccination team leader Dr. Dalvie Casilang said the oldest Dagupeña that availed of the COVID-19 vaccine was 97-year-old Antonia Cornel Ventenilla of Brgy Poblacion Oeste. She was accompanied by her 67-year-old son.

On the second day of vaccination in the city, former House Speaker Jose De Venecia, Jr, and this wife, former Fourth District Representative Gina were among the vaccine recipients. (PIA Pangasinan/ VHS)
