ABIG PANGASINAN IN MALASIQUI. Governor Amado I. Espino III (2nd from right) commends Pangasinenses for their discipline and sacrifices in the fight against COVID-19 as he leads the staging of the Abig Pangasinan Karaban of the provincial government in Malasiqui on January 23. Gov. Espino assures the locals that the provincial government will continue to provide necessary services to help them recover from the adverse effects of COVID-19.
