Brgy Pantal’s notorious drug distributor nabbed
A HIGH priority target in Dagupan City, a notorious shabu distributor and his live-in partner were taken into custody after they sold shabu to disguised agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 1 (PDEA RO1) last September 28, 2016 at AB Fernandez Avenue.
Reynaldo DV Pugal, 43, and cohort Criselda C. Arzado, 47, both residing in Sitio Aling, Barangay Pantal, did not resist arrest after the operatives of buy-bust operation identified themselves.
Pugal has been tagged as one of the main distributors of shabu in Sitio Aling over the years. Sitio Aling was recently declared by local authorities as “drug free.”
The sting operation led to the confiscation of a plastic sachet of shabu, and the buy- bust money used in the transaction.
Pugal and Arzado have been charged for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (PDEA)
