AGRI AID TO TYPHOON-AFFECTED FARMERS

To help the 23,900 farmers in Pangasinan recover from the agricultural damages wrought by Typhoons “Karen” and “Lawin”, Governor Amado “Pogi” Espino, III distributes the certified palay seeds to farmers as part of the rehabilitation effort of the provincial government and the Department of Agriculture on October 28 at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist’s Field Office in Sta. Barbara. Also distributed were sacks of hybrid yellow corns for the affected corn growers in the province. – Photo by MS
