Two more top drug personalities nabbed

DAGUPAN police operatives arrested the top 2 and 9 suspected drug pushers on Oct. 1 and 2 in separate buy-bust operations.
P/Superintendent Christopher Abrahano, city police chief, said Oscar Pacleb, 49, married, resident of Arellano St. this city and listed as top 2 in this station’s watch list of drug personalities, was nabbed last Thursday mid-afternoon.
Pacleb, who was arrested after he sold four plastic sachets of shabu to an undercover police officer, is known to be operating in Barangays Pantal and Bonuan in Dagupan City.
The following day, at 1:30 p.m., the police arrested Noriel Lachica, 24, single, a resident of Barangay Pantal Centro here, listed as top 9 in the city’s drug watch list.
