AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DR. ANTONIO LOPEZ and CONSUELO DOMINGO LOPEZ, who died intestate in 1989 and 1992, respectively in Quezon City, Philippines, consisting of a Three (3) parcels of residential lands adjacent to each other all situated at Poblacion, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing a total area of 1,970.25 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 444; 447 and 146, are the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir IMELDA LOPEZ DAVID, constitute and appoint Atty. EUGENIO FERRER MANAOIS, under Doc. No. 366; Page No. 75; Book No. I; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Edmundo M. Manaois.
