Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ROMAN RAMIREZ TANDINGAN, who died intestate on July 28, 2013 at Mapandan, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two  (2) parcels of land both situated at Poblacion, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 55.50 sq. mtrs, and 260 sq. mtrs, covered by TCT No. 256839 and 249874, are the subject of extrajudicial partition and deed of absolute sale in favor of JENNIFER ABRAZALDO MUYANO, married to ISAGANI F. MUYANO, under Doc. No. 9; Page No. 3; Book No. V; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Joseph Emmanuel B. Cera.
