Parolees, probationers plant at Capitol Baywalk

LINGAYEN — Some 60 parolees and probationers under the custody of Parole and Probation Administration of the Department of Justice (PPA-DOJ), here, took part in the planting of about 150 seedlings of native variety of coconut along the baywalk of the Capitol beachfront on July 25 to show support to the provincial government’s greening program.

Second District Congressman Leopoldo Bataoil underscored the importance of support, acceptance and involvement of the community in helping the parolees and probationers regain their lives. (PMGNO)
