KOREAN STUDENTS VOLUNTEER TO TEACH WASTE MANAGEMENT-–-Student volunteers from Korea under the program RaonAtti Friends of Asia are received by City Administrator Farah Marie G. Decano (center) at the Dagupan city hall during the group’s courtesy call. The students are in Dagupan for a month to teach proper waste management to children of Barangay Pugaro. RaonAtti is an International Voluntary Service Program organized by KB Kookmin Bank and YMCA Korea. They are under the care of YMCA Pangasinan.
