SAN CARLOS CITY–One was killed while another was wounded in a wake in Barangay Agdao here before dawn Tuesday.

Superintendent Rodolfo Castro Jr, city police chief, identified the fatality as Raymond Layno, 23 who sustained two gunshot wounds on his chest while wounded was Rolando Rola, 17, who was hit in the bicep by a stray bullet.

The shooter was identified as Jojo Austria, 46, a resident of the barangay who was under the influence of liquor and had a heated argument with the victim while they were attending a wake.

Austria fled and is under police manhunt.–Eva Visperas
