WHEREAS, on June 11, 2013, a petition for the issuance of letters of administration under Section 2, Rule 79, Rules of Court was filed by petitioners Gliceria Garcia Ursua-Castro.

WHEREFORE, pursuant to Section 3, Rule 79 in relation Section 3, Rule 76 of the Rules of Court, notice is hereby given that on October 23, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning, at the session hall of this Branch, the Court will proceed to hear instant petition. Any person having opposition to or interest in the issuance of letters of administration to herein petitioner may appear at the date, time and place herein stated, to contest the issuance thereof.

Let this Notice be published for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan at the expense of the petitioner.

Likewise, let copies of this Order be furnished the known heirs of the deceased by registered mail or personal service.
