ALL IN THE FAMILY—Dagupan Councilor Brian Lim, son of Mayor Benjamin Lim, laughs heartily after he and his mother, Celia, signed their certificates of candidacy substituting for Alex Siapno as city vice mayoralty candidate and for Mario Lim as candidate for representative of the 4th District, respectively, at the provincial Comelec Office in Dagupan City to complete the Lim-Lim-Lim slate aimed at achieving complete political control of the city by the family.
