RACHEL, THE ENVIRONMENTALIST—Hollywood actress Rachel Padua-Grant, a half-Filipina, goes diving at the Hundred Islands National Park with Lean Braganza, son of Alaminos City Mayor Hernani Braganza, and other city officials. During her day trip, Grant visited the city’s Gawad Kalinga Eco-Village where she helped lay “eco-bricks” and took part in the planting of mangrove seedlings at the Mangrove Forest Park in Barangay Bued.
