ASEAN QUIZ CHAMP VISITS GUV–Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. Awards a P20,000 cash incentive to Franchesca Anne Inacay (center) of St. Albert the Great School in Dagupan City who was part of the Philippine team that won the championship in the 5th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Quiz Bee held at Phnom Penh Cambodia last August 1-5.
