FIRST HONOR—Grade five student Nathalie Earl Caguioa, with her parents Norman and Elvie, shows her gold medals as a first honor student and for other meritorious achievements during the 33rd Commencement Exercises and Recognition Rites of the Virgen Milagrosa Child Learning Center in San Carlos City held March 29. She received four proficiency awards for English, Filipino, HELE, and Computer, and awarded as the Most Active and Most Obedient.
