SM PHASE 2 OPENS—Pangasinan shoppers have a second look at SM City Rosales as the mall’s second phase opens its doors to the public today. Sharing honors with the ribbon cutting ceremony during the grand opening of SM City Rosales are: (from L-R) Rosales Mayor Ricardo Revita, Vice Governor Marlyn Primicias-Agbas, former Agrarian Sec. Conrado Estrella Sr., Rep. Eskimo Estrella, Rep. Conrado Estrella III, Rev. Msgr. Larry Hortaleza, SM Founder-Chairman Henry Sy Sr., PMS Sec. Hermogenes Esperon, SM Prime Holdings Inc. President Hans T. Sy, and Rosales Vice Mayor Romeo Sim. Phase 2 opens the SM Mainstays like SM Department Store, Foodcourt and SM Cinemas and the mall’s grand Atrium while Phase 1 houses the Event Center, Hypermarket, Ace Hardware, Appliance Center and Watsons.
