CHIZ ON THE 2010 POLLS—Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero , a TOYM (Ten Outstanding Young Men) awardee, is joined by Philippine Councilors League Sec Gen Alma Moreno and National Chair Michael Fernandez during the closing ceremonies of the 7th Philippine Councilors League Mindanao Island Congress held March 27 at the LKK Atrium in Cagayan De Oro City. Escudero, chair of the Senate oversight committee on poll automation, gave his views on the dangers of entering into a “negotiated contract” for the nationwide poll automation project.
