BINAY HELPS EMONG’S VICTIMS—The Makati City government through Mayor Jejomar Binay donates iron sheets to Bani through Mayor Marcelo Navarro Jr. for the repair of day care centers in the town, one of the worst hit by Typhoon Emong. Similar donations were extended to other parts of the 1st district of Pangasinan, including Alaminos City, a sister-city of Makati, the towns of Anda, Agno, and Bolinao.
