PRESIDENTIAL Management Staff officer Youssef Velasco exhorted the graduates of the FQD Special Science High School “to stick to what you strongly believe in consistent with the fashioning and construction of a better world” at their graduation program on April 2 at the Lyceum Northwestern University gym.

“The path to reach your goals is not easy and often rocky and painful but it will eventually bring you to your dream-world so long as you remain faithful to your great goals inspired by the leaders who came before us and the Lord’s commandments,” he said.

Velasco, an alumnus of the school and son of journalist Jun Velasco and Dr. Catherine Velasco also paid tribute to the LNU and FQDMFSSHS for preparing the young become leaders of the country.
