ALLEN Monsalud Paragas, daughter of Eng. Crisanto Vincent Paragas and Mrs. Louie Monsalud-Paragas of Calasiao will observe her 18th birthday on April 20, 2009.

The debutante is studying at the University of the Philippines in Baguio City.

The celebration will be held at the De Luxe Restaurant in Barangay Tapuac, Dagupan City on April 25 (Saturday) starting at 8:00 p.m.
