BEST PRACTICES—Councilors league National Chairman Michael Fernandez presents a plaque of appreciation to Puerto Princesa City Mayor Edward Hagedorn as the guest of honor during the 1st Quarter PCL convention held last March 11 in Puerto Princesa City. Hagedorn, who presented the “Best Practices” under his administration that helped developed the former component city of Puerto Princesa into a highly-urbanized City, appealed to the more than 1,700 participating councilors to campaign for the official declaration of the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park as among the New Seven Wonders of Nature of the World.
