RPOC-RLECC MEETING—Gov. Amado Espino, Jr. (right) welcomes the participants to the joint meeting of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) 1 and the Regional Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (RLECC) held at the Capitol Resort Hotel on March 18, 2009 where among the issues discussed were the state of peace and order in the region as well as the presence of too many barriers along highways.
