LINGAYEN–A woman Pangasinense is among the 10 outstanding graduates of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Masiglahi Class of 2009.

Second Lt. Cynthia Forteza of Urbiztondo ranked 9th in her batch and is also the only woman in her class.

In recognition of her achievement, the provincial board, at the instance of Board Member Raul Sison, president of the Philippine Councilors League (Pangasinan chapter), passed a resolution commending her.

“She is indeed a very good example to her provincemates and to the youth,” Sison said. #
