MEDIA VILLAGE—A memorandum of agreement was signed last week for the construction of a media village in Mangaldan, a housing project for members of the working press in the province to be put up jointly by the Pangasinan Press and Radio Club, a private developer, and the Pag-IBIG provincial office.
