AFTER holding several big sports activities in the town during the celebration of its fiesta, Mangaldan is setting up a clinic for young taekwondo enthusiasts.

The “Summer Taekwondo Sports Clinic 2009″ will start in April at the Macario Ydia Development Center (MYDC).

Prof. Maryknoll Pangan Soriano, the clinic organizer, said the free registration and orientation, exclusively for elementary, secondary and out of school youths, will start on March 28.

The training of the secondary and out of school youth levels will be held every Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon starting on April 3, while the elementary level will be every Wednesday, also at 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

The two-month long activity is being supported by the local government.—JAG, Jr.
