COUNCILORS IN TOURISM PROMOTION—Councilors League National Chairman Michael Fernandez and Tourism Secretary Ace Durano sign the Philippine Councilors League-Department of Tourism Memorandum of Agreement for the promotion of undeveloped tourist destinations in the country. The DOT will sponsor 400 councilors who will participate in a series of trainings and workshops to be conducted in various key destinations nationwide.
