RIZAL’S BLOODLINE—Margarita Ventenilla Hamada (left), founder directress of Harvent School in Dagupan City and Lingayen, presents free copies of books she authored on national hero Jose Rizal and on Quantum Physics to Provincial Librarian Evangeline Paragas for the new Provincial Library located inside the Capitol Complex in Lingayen. Hamada, a descendant of Rizal, also gave copies of her schools’ magazine, “The Magic Pencil”, whose contributors are as young as five years old.
