THE province-wide Human Rights forum earlier slated on November 15, 2008 has been reset for December l3 at the Narcisco Ramos complex in Lingayen to widen its coverage.

Juanito Lagao, head of the co-sponsor Center for People’s Rights and Participation-Pangasinan chapter, said students from most schools have appealed to the organizers to allow them to participate in the seminar.

Human Rights Commission Chairperson Leila de Lima, Fr. Romeo Intengan of the Ateneo and National Anti Terrorism Action Group chief Arturo Lomibao will lead the speakers.

Medialink headed by Ms. Kharmina Velasco is project director.
