PERPETUO NIALLA TUANO, former DPWH District Administrative Officer in Pangasinan and Municipal secretary of Lingayen; Chief of Staff of Congressman Jose Bengson, and chairman, Barangay Pangapisan Sur, Lingayen, died on Sunday, July 16.

His remains were interred on July 22 2:00 PM at the Eternal Gardens in Dagupan City. She is survived by wife Susan Velasco Tuaño, children Marilou and husband Joey, Aris and Ma. Eloisa and husband Raymond Anthony.
