Celestino de Guzman, Governor of Class 1960 of Dagupan City National HIgh School passed away today March 3 in Los Angeles.  He has been ill of cancer of the lungs and was 68 years old.

He is survived by his wife Reina and two sons – John and James, brothers Emiliano and Greg – both practising immigration lawyers in NY, and sister Pilar.
