Domingo Zacarias Fernandez, 76, of the Tondaligan Blue Beach Subdivision in Dagupan City and Barangay Pangalangan, San Carlos City died last October l5, 2008 at 2 pm at the Villaflor Hospital in Dagupan City.

He is survived by wife Esperanza, children and children in law Lydia, Jijie and Richard, Helen and Lito, Dick and Mina and Susuan and Edwin, and Lorma and Allan.

Interment will be announced shortly.
