Our deepest condolence and sympathy to the family of the late Attorney Lubin Estrellas Devera who passed away on May 24, 2008 in the family home on Mabini Street, Binmaley.
Attorney Lubin Devera left behind his wife Annunciacion, his children Romulo (Molong), Carlus (Carl), Imelda (Imee) and Lubin (Jun)Devera and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Marlu last March, 2006.
Attorney Devera was the former Provincial Assessor of Pangasinan during the 1970’s and 1980′ and served over 25 years of Civil Service for the Province of Pangasinan
