ILL-TIMED FIREFIGHTERS MOTORCADE —  Hurray to the personnel of the Dagupan Fire Station, Dagupan Panda Volunteer Fire Brigade, Barangay Malued Fire Volunteer for launching a motorcade from the De Venecia Highway to create public awareness to the 2024 Fire Prevention Month with the theme “Sa pag-iwas sa sunog, hindi ka nag-iisa.”  Unfortunately, it didn’t sit well with the motorists whose trips were further slowed down while traversing major streets under construction. (Punchphoto by Butch Uka)
