WHO NEEDS A CAFETERIA? — With no cafeteria at the West Central Elementary School, pupils simply enjoy their “picnic” lunch wherever they can find a shaded empty area in the campus. An alumnus of the school wondered if the thousands of the school’s graduates can organize to raise funds to build a cool cafeteria for today’s and future generations of pupils of WCES.
