BASIC HANDYMAN TRAINING LAUNCHED IN BAUTISTA. Twenty displaced workers and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Bautista participate in the orientation-seminar held right after the launching of Basic Handyman Training on February 19. The 20 residents of Bautista will undergo 14 learning sessions for 5 days (3 days via online training and 2 face-to-face training) on carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical and painting. The Basic Handyman Training is a component of the province’s Modified Mobile Skills Training Project (MSTP) which is also in support of the Abig Pangasinan recovery program initiated by Governor Amado I.
