LINGAYEN–Pangasinan came home with its hands full of awards. The province bagged seven out of eight top awards given by the Regional Development Council (RDC) for 2010, besting the three other Ilocos Region provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur and La Union.

LINGAYEN– The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) tagged Pangasinan but the provincial police begs to disagree.
