ALBERTO F. FERNANDEZ, MD… a kind-hearted doctor and loving husband and father, has peacefully joined his Creator on July 12, 2008.
His beloved wife AMELIA M. FERNANDEZ; Children, Arnold and wife Sebe, April and husband Nats, and grandchildren Jobe and Andie request the pious readers to pray for the eternal repose of his soul.
His remains lie at state at the Arlington Memorial, Araneta Avenue, Quezon City from July 12 in the evening.
Interment details to follow.
He has been an inspiration to most and will forever remain close in everyone’s heart.
