San Carlos City celebrates St. Dominic Minor Basilica anniversary
SAN CARLOS City celebrated the first anniversary of the declaration of Saint Dominic De Guzman Parish by Pope Francis as a Minor Basilica last January 22, 2024.
City Mayor Julier Resuello, together with City Tourism Officer Ruby Ballesteros led a cultural-historical show presentation at the Arenas-Resuello Sports Complex featuring the rich culture, faith, and history of the city’s dedication to its patron saint.
