MAYOR Belen Fernandez led the Dagupan City government in welcoming P/BGen Lou Frias Evangelista, the newly installed Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1.

She was joined by Pangasinan Provincial Director P/Col. Jeff Fanged and Dagupan Police OIC, P/LtCol. Brendon Palisoc as she discussed the social and infrastructure programs of Dagupan. She attributed the success of these to the efficient and effective peace and order programs of the police , and anti-drugs campaign of the police and PDEA.

She assured the police officers of the full support of the city government in the no-nonsense campaign to eliminate the drug trade in the city, adding that the city considers the rehabilitation of drug users a priority of the city government.. (Dagupan CIO News)

‘NO ONE SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND’

WITH the help of DOH and CHO, Mayor Belen Fernandez’s Unliserbisyo program provides flu and pneumonia vaccine to senior citizens  in all barangays, and in their homes especially for those who have difficulty moving out of their homes.

Unliserbisyo’s vaccination program already helped more than 5,000 indigents and senior citizens in four (4) days.
Achieving the Universal Health Care and the adoption of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focused on Goal 3 is a target of the Belen Fernandez administration.
