New tutorial center opens in Dagupan
A new tutorial center has opened in Dagupan City with a young group of entrepreneurs behind the venture.
Dynamind Tutorial Center, located at the ground floor of the De Vera building beside Giorgios Pizzeria along Arellano Street, is owned by Kharmina Velasco and Eileen Biton.
Educated at Miriam College, Kharmina is human resources director of the Asian Institute of e-commerce, while Eileen, who finished college at the University of Sto. Tomas owns and runs a learning center firm.
