GREEN ENVIRONMENT FOR NEXT GENERATIONS—-Volunteers from the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) and its attached agencies plant trees along the river of Barangay Dupo in Binmaley in observance of the National Disaster Consciousness Month.  Tree planting is a regular program of the provincial government to mitigate flooding.“ All that we do today is for our youth and the generations to come,” Governor and PDRRMC Chairman Amado T.
